We collect the data you provide voluntarily: • through the contact form: name, email address, phone number, company and message; • through the chat assistant: the content of the conversation, as well as your name and email if you choose to be contacted (please do not enter sensitive information). Only with your consent, we measure site audience with Plausible Analytics. Your preferences (cookies, display theme) are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device. No advertising tracking tool is used.

Your data is used exclusively to: • Respond to your contact or quote requests • Follow up on your project if applicable • Send you an acknowledgement email after your request Legal basis for processing: your explicit consent, given when submitting the contact form (Article 6.1.a GDPR). When you send us your request through the chat assistant, your explicit consent is collected before your name, email and a summary of the conversation are passed on to our team. The date of that consent is recorded.

Your data is retained for the time necessary to process your request, then deleted within a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange.

Your personal data is never sold or transferred. It is only processed by the technical sub-processors listed in the "Technical Sub-processors" section, in order to provide the service, or disclosed where required by law.

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting us at contact@pisoftlite.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) if you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations.

As part of the Client Space reserved for Pisoft Lite clients, the following additional data is collected and processed: • Login credentials (email, encrypted password) • Session logs (connection date and time, IP address) • Documents exchanged in the course of the project • History of exchanges and deliverables This data is collected on the basis of contractual performance (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and is retained for the duration of the client relationship, then archived for 5 years for legal purposes before permanent deletion.

These sub-processors act solely on Pisoft Lite's instructions and are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of the data. Google · Chat assistant Role: processing of the messages exchanged with the assistant in order to generate its replies (Gemini API). In addition, texts you send us (request, messages) may be automatically translated (Gemini / Google) so that our team can answer you in your language. Cal.com · Appointment booking Role: booking widget embedded in the Contact page. Plausible Analytics · Audience measurement Role: visit statistics, loaded only if you have accepted analytics cookies.
